It is important that you read and understand these conditions before booking.
TeamHOPE warmly welcomes you to our quiet, seaside accommodation in Browns Bay. Northern Ireland. It is essential that the following are complied with:
Only those who have been booked with us may stay or have use of the house. NO visitors are permitted unless arranged with the management, and no children are allowed in the property.
STRICTLY no smoking or vaping is permitted within Hope House.
No animals may be brought into the premises.
Cars should be parked in an appropriate place, preferably at the rear of the building.
Ensure all electrical and kitchen equipment is used safely and switched off when not in use.
Accommodation to be left in good condition as you found it.
Any damages/breakages to be reported.
If using a wheelchair/zimmer/walker –this is done at owner’s own risk.
Please comply with off road parking in designated area.
Please bring your own towels. However if travelling with public transport, towels will be provided.
Hope house is for respite services to aid recovery, misuse of the property could result in termination and prevent further access.
